All of our products are custom made and 3D printed, so please allow 2–4 business days for production and packaging.

– Europe: 5–12 business days

– USA & Canada: 7–15 business days

– Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

We ship using reliable postal and courier services, including tracking where available.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Refund Policy

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, due to the personalized and custom-made nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

🔁 Return Eligibility

  • If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send clear photos of the issue to help us process your request faster.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size ordered, or delayed delivery due to customs.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • You may receive a replacement or a partial/full refund depending on the situation.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
