Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be not custom products and must be unused and in original condition.

No worries! Contact us with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes, we provide a tracking number once your order is shipped.

8. Will I have to pay customs fees?

Depending on your country’s regulations, customs duties or delays may occur, especially for non-EU countries. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
